Eligible returns must be requested within 15 calendar days after delivery and approved before shipment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and hygiene liners attached, and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for approved non-quality returns. We provide the authorized return address and instructions only after review.

If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 15 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Please review product measurements and sizing information before ordering. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
