Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days, Monday through Friday. We will send a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

U.S. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping to the United States. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

International Shipping and Duties

Availability for destinations outside the United States is shown at checkout. For eligible orders, easy golf is responsible for applicable import duties charged for delivery as described at checkout; customers remain responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Address and Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If tracking shows a delivery issue, contact info@easygolflab.com with your order number. We will review the available carrier information and help identify an appropriate next step.

Returns

Return requests may be made within 15 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us before returning an item. Approved non-quality returns must meet the condition requirements in our Return & Refund Policy and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 15 days after delivery, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
