These Terms of Service govern your use of easy golf and purchases made through our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our published policies.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, materials, sizing, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and reasonable production tolerances may affect appearance or measurements. Please review product details and size information before ordering.

3. Prices, Payments, and Orders

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change before an order is placed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory or pricing errors, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled item.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, tracking, customs treatment, and address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. If an order will be materially delayed, we will communicate the delay and provide choices required by applicable law.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs return requests, eligibility, authorized return instructions, and refunds. Return requests may be made within 15 calendar days after delivery. Approved non-quality returns must meet the stated condition requirements and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or different from the order, contact us within 15 calendar days after delivery so we can review and resolve the issue. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

The site design, branding, product text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content owned by or licensed to easy golf are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes and may not unlawfully reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, advertising, and customer support. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
